Nasze doradztwo jest bezpłatne i poufne. Doradzamy **wszystkim osobom, ** które** ukończyły 18 rok **życia, niezależnie od płci czy pochodzenia. Działamy proaktywnie: w krótkim czasie po interwencji policji lub złożeniu zawiadomienia nawiązujemy kontakt z osobą poszkodowaną, jeśli wyraża na to zgodę. Może się też ona w każdej chwili sama zwrócić do naszej jednostki interwencyjnej, jeśli chce otrzymać poradę lub informacje dla krewnych lub przyjaciół.
